DissertationCapital – The Good and The Bad about this Service

We found Dissertation Capital.com while we were looking for online writing services that were offering dissertations and theses for Master's and Ph.D. programs. For this review, we took into consideration the testimonials and other feedback and comments that we could find about this company.

The company was started in 2004, so it has been providing its services for 12 years. We were a little concerned about the fact that the copyright on the website is 2010, so we guess nothing has been updated since then.

Dissertationcapital offers writing, editing and proofreading services for theses and dissertations only. We placed an order for a free draft, received the draft, but when we made several attempts to get in touch with the customer support department, our effort was in vain. The content of the paper was of the poorest quality we have ever seen, full of grammatical and structural errors and lacking coherence. Obviously, it has been written by a non-native English speaking writer.
Almost all the customer reviews we have found about Dissertation Capital were negative, and many students have filed complaints and asked the company to get their money back.

Support agents and writers
The company claims to work with writers from the UK, the US, Canada and Australia who are certified and accredited. We are not aware of any accreditation or certification given for writers, so we wonder what they meant by that. They also say that most of their writers are research experts or professors. We do not know about the others, but the one who has written our free draft was clearly not from those categories.

When we wanted to get in touch with the support agents on the chat, we just got a message saying that there were no live operators available at the moment. We left several messages, and we even attempted to call, only to get a 'busy' signal.

Prices, discounts, and coupon codes
DissertationCapital does not make their prices public, but there is a pricing calculator that you can use to get a quote for the number of pages you need and the deadline. We were given a price quote of $4,040 for a 140-page dissertation with a short deadline, after the discounts that are given for each order. Except for that, there are no other discounts or any promo code available. We found a listing of coupon codes that were based on the number of pages and the discounts ranged from 10% to 21%.
The single benefit that the company touts everywhere on the website is ordering a 'free draft' before you place the final order and pay for it. They also say that they provide free revisions.

We do not claim that Dissertation Capital is fraud or scam, but we seriously question if it's safe. Taking into consideration that their website has not been updated since 2010, we doubt that their security measures are up to date. Also, given the number of complaints that we have found, our rating for DissertationCapital is very poor.
